What the eyes see and the ears hear, the mind believes.

Born in Maubeuge, he discovered magic at the age of six, through a magic set. Taken with the art, he practised all through his childhood and shared what he learned with his classmates. Inspired by the magical worlds of cinema and by famous magicians, he carried the passion with him for the rest of his life. As a teenager he kept up his studies alongside magic. In adulthood, a trip to Singapore proved a turning point: there he met a street magician who widened his repertoire.

Self-taught, Charly built his own act, “Magikautomate”, and made his name in 2011 by taking first prize at a national magic competition, with the encouragement of Mister John. The performance earned him fourth place in a televised contest. In 2014 he joined the FFAP club CESAR-H in Blois and the French magic team, specialising in stage magic and bringing theatre into his performances.

After years spent preparing and refining his act “The Master of Time” with the help of international coaches, Charly won the title of French magic champion (FFAP) in 2016. He went on with a new act, “Pepito”, taking first prize for comedy magic at the FFAP in 2023. Today he performs all over the world, on national and international stages, in a career built on talent and on a lasting passion for magic.
